This evaluation examines the long-term sustainability of the sanitation and hygiene components of the USAID-funded Madagascar RANO-HP activity. Implemented in 26 communes from 2009–2013, RANO-HP aimed to increase sustainable access to an improved water supply, and improve sanitation coverage and hygiene practices.
