Performance Evaluation of the Sustainable Water Sector Capacity Development Activity: Final Evaluation Report

The USAID/Albania Sustainable Water Sector Capacity Development (SWSCD) activity was created to build a platform for training in Albania and the Western Balkans to be an example of sustainable workforce development while contributing to the increased professionalism in delivery of the essential public services of water supply and wastewater treatment. The activity ran from October 2014 through the end of March 2019. It was funded by USAID/Washington and implemented by Albanian Association of Water Supply Companies. 

USAID/Albania contracted with IMPAQ International, LLC to conduct an independent performance evaluation of SWSCD to assess the processes, outcomes, and effectiveness of activities and the extent to which they achieved expected results.
